About Astrid Gorella
Astrid Gorella is the founder and Managing Director of Lux Design GmbH in Berlin. With more than 20 years of design experience, she leads projects from the first idea to turnkey completion—combining clear lines, balanced proportions, and precise lighting to create spaces that are both elegant and practical.
Under her direction, the studio delivers end-to-end interior services: consultation, concept development, 3D visualization, furnishing, light-design integration, and on-site coordination from day one. Her portfolio spans exclusive residences and select commercial environments—apartments, penthouses, villas, boutiques, restaurants, showrooms, and spa & wellness areas—guided by a timeless, warm aesthetic and meticulous attention to detail. Clients are received at the showroom on Uhlandstraße 129 in Berlin; the team works primarily in Berlin, with projects across Germany and, on request, internationally. BERLINER LOFT
An exclusive design project that combines elegance and timeless aesthetics. The space radiates creativity and individuality, reflecting the personality of its owner.
BERLIN PENTHOUSE CHARLOTTENBURG
The interior design concept of this project is based on the fusion of classic and modern elements. The fluid design emerges through an organic language of form, highlighted primarily by curved lines. These lines integrate and transform the space, keeping it unique while seamlessly dividing it into different functional areas. In this sense, details such as the selection of furniture with rounded nuances and the lighting reflect the harmony and sophistication of the design.
Wohnung Zeitlose Eleganz
In this project, we have combined functionality and sophistication to create inviting and modern spaces. Every area has been designed with great attention to detail, offering a harmonious balance between aesthetics and practicality.
Living room
The living room stands out with a built-in fireplace that radiates warmth and coziness. A neutral color palette is complemented by carefully placed color accents and various textures. The light-colored sofa perfectly harmonizes with the orange leather pouf, while the geometrically designed coffee table with metal accents adds a modern touch. Framed artworks and natural light make the space particularly inviting and stylish.
The dining room stands out with its bold red velvet chairs adorned with decorative nails, contrasting with the natural wooden table featuring organic edges. The open kitchen is characterized by wooden cabinets with a warm texture and an elegant black marble countertop with striking veining. A modern chandelier illuminates the space, adding extra charm and character.
